Best Light & Creamy Mashed Potatoes

  1. Boil enough water to cover potatoes.
  2. Cut the potatoes, but leave the skins on and put them in the boiling water.
  3. Once they are cooked, drain them.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients and mash (I use an electric mixer and whip them).
  5. Enjoy!
