Creamy Hash Brown Bake Recipe
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
- 4 c. (lg. bag) frzn hash browns
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- Heat soup, lowfat milk and cream cheese over medium heat, stirring till smooth.
- Combine potatoes and onions and stir in soup mix.
- Pour into 1 1/2 qt buttered casserole.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs.
- Remove foil, sprinkle with cheese and return to oven till cheese melts.
