Beef 'n Broccoli Noodle Bowl
- 300 g (1/3 of 900-g pkg.) linguine, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. (500 g) beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots (about 2 medium) Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add steak, broccoli and carrots; cook and stir 4 min.
- or until steak is evenly browned.
- Add broth, hoisin sauce, dressing and gingerroot; stir.
- Cover.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 3 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta; return to pan.
- Add steak mixture; toss lightly.
