Chili con Carne

  1. Heat oil in 6-qt.
  2. saucepot on medium-high heat.
  3. Add onions, green peppers and garlic.
  4. Cook and stir 5 min.
  5. or until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add meat; cook and stir 5 min.
  7. Add tomatoes with their liquid, the beans, broth, tomato paste and seasonings; bring to boil.
  8. Reduce heat to low.
  9. Simmer, partially covered, 1 hour or until chili is thickened, stirring occasionally.
  10. Serve over rice.
  11. Top with the cheese and sour cream.
