Apple Marmalade Recipe
- 4 c. Apple sauce
- 2/3 x Lemon
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 bot fruit pectin
- Pare and slice apples.
- Add in just sufficient water to prevent sticking.
- Cover and cook till apples are soft.
- Add in grated rind and juice of lemon, and sugar.
- Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
- Boil hard 1 minute.
- Remove from fire.
- Add in fruit pectin.
- Stir 1 minute.
- Skim.
