Italian Bacon Spinach Salad
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Ready to Serve Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
- 6 cups torn spinach
- 1 small tomato, seeded, chopped
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Low-Moisture Mozzarella-Parmesan Cheese Blend
- freshly ground black pepper (optional)
- Place bacon and dressing in small microwavable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until warm.
- Place spinach and tomato in large bowl.
- Add dressing mixture; toss lightly.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Season to taste with pepper; toss lightly.
- Serve immediately.
