Grilled Bok Choy with Spicy Vinaigrette

  1. In a bowl, combine vinegar, chili sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk in oil.
  3. Stir in scallions and sesame seeds.
  4. Heat grill and lay bok choy pieces on hot grill.
  5. Grill 2 to 5 minutes until crisp tender.
  6. Dress with vinaigrette.
