Sriracha Hot Sweet Chili Chicken Drumsticks

  1. Preheat oven 350F.
  2. Clean and pat dry drumsticks, leave skins on.
  3. Place drumsticks in a gallon sized Ziplock bag.
  4. Add sriracha hot chili sauce, mesquite seasoning, honey and oil.
  5. Shake to combine.
  6. Let marinate for one hour.
  7. Place drumsticks on a baking sheet or baking pan.
  8. Bake at at 350F for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove and let the meat rest for 10 minutes prior to serving.
  10. Add any sides desired, we eat this with salad.
  11. Well, you end up eating so many of these you dont need much in the way of side dishes.
  12. Enjoy!
