Sriracha Hot Sweet Chili Chicken Drumsticks
- 12 pieces Young Chicken Drumsticks
- 1/2 cups Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
- 1/4 cups Mesquite Seasoning
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- Preheat oven 350F.
- Clean and pat dry drumsticks, leave skins on.
- Place drumsticks in a gallon sized Ziplock bag.
- Add sriracha hot chili sauce, mesquite seasoning, honey and oil.
- Shake to combine.
- Let marinate for one hour.
- Place drumsticks on a baking sheet or baking pan.
- Bake at at 350F for 30 minutes.
- Remove and let the meat rest for 10 minutes prior to serving.
- Add any sides desired, we eat this with salad.
- Well, you end up eating so many of these you dont need much in the way of side dishes.
