Oriental Ham Glaze

• 12 cup orange juice
• 34 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons coarse-ground mustard
• 34 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder

1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
2. Baste ham every 10 minutes during last hour of cooking.
