Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Chicken Wings

  1. Start by getting a sheet of aluminum foil out.
  2. Place the garlic cloves on top.
  3. Drizzle with the olive oil and place in a 350 degrees F oven for about 30 minutes.
  4. Remove it from the oven and let it cool.
  5. Meanwhile, add the remaining ingredients (except the wings) into a small mixing bowl.
  6. Once the garlic has cooled, remove the peel and mash the garlic cloves in a small bowl.
  7. Then mix that into the rest of the sauce.
  8. Cover the bowl with a sheet of plastic wrap.
  9. Set this sauce in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors marry.
  10. You can deep fry or bake your wings.
  11. I like to bake mine.
  12. Preheat your oven to 400 F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  13. Use two baking sheets if you have to.
  14. Place the chicken onto the baking sheet in a single layer.
  15. Move baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
  16. Turn once at around the 60 minute mark.
  17. After 1 1/2 hours, turn off the oven, and let them sit in there for another 15 minutes.
  18. Once you are ready to eat and the wings are fully cooked, add them to a large mixing bowl.
  19. Add in as much or as little sauce as you like and toss to coat.
  20. Give them a nice toss and dig in.
  21. The result is awesome.
  22. Perfectly crisp chicken wings with the roasted garlic and Parmesan sauce just confirmed that I no longer need to visit Buffalo Wild Wings.
  23. Plus I make better nachos to boot!
  24. Hope you enjoy!
