Quick & Creamy Beef Stroganoff

  1. Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, cook meat, mushrooms and onions in large deep skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
  3. or until meat is evenly browned, stirring frequently and adding garlic for the last minute.
  4. Spoon into bowl; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add cream cheese product, broth, milk, mustard, thyme and paprika to skillet; cook and stir on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
  6. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is heated through.
  7. Drain noodles.
  8. Add to sauce in skillet along with the meat mixture; cook and stir 1 to 2 min.
  9. or until heated through.
