Salsa Chicken

  1. Lay one piece of chicken on foil.
  2. Pour about 1 tsp (5 ml).
  3. of lemon juice on chicken.
  4. Layer 1 or 2 slices of onion, 1 tbsp (15 ml).
  5. mushrooms and then 1/2 cup (125 ml) chunky salsa.
  6. Wrap chicken in foil and grill until done.
  7. (I use our grill outside.)
  8. When chicken is done, put a slice of cheese on top and let melt.
