Pizza Pasta
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Pasta, Cooked
- 1/2 cups Tomato Sauce
- 1 ounce, weight Fresh Mozzarella, Chopped
- 1/2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 15 slices Pepperoni, Cut Into Fourths
- 1/2 cups Provolone, Shredded
- Combine pasta and sauce in a bowl.
- Top with fresh mozzarella, seasoning, parmesan, and half of the pepperoni.
- Add on provolone cheese and remaining pepperoni.
- Set under the broiler until cheese is melted, about 30-60 seconds.
