Crockette-Vegetable Beef Soup
- 12 lb stew meat, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 34 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- salt & pepper
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- water
- Put all ingredients in Crockette.
- Add water to barely cover and stir thoroughly.
- Cover and cook 10-16 hours.
