Crockette-Vegetable Beef Soup

• 12 lb stew meat, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
• 1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes
• 1 carrot, sliced
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 stalk celery, sliced
• 34 cup frozen mixed vegetables
• salt & pepper
• 1 beef bouillon cube
• water

1. Put all ingredients in Crockette.
2. Add water to barely cover and stir thoroughly.
3. Cover and cook 10-16 hours.
