Creamy Cheesecake
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. ReaLemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, at room temperature
- 1 large can cherry pie filling
- Preheat oven to 300u0b0.
- Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and beat until smooth.
- Add eggs and ReaLemon juice.
- Mix well and pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set.
- Top with sour cream and return to oven for 5 minutes. Chill and top with cherries.
