Addictive Pico De Gallo, Aka Salsa Cruda

  1. Cut tomatoes in half and squeeze out seeds.
  2. Cut into strips then cut across to dice.
  3. add onions, jalepeno, and cilantro.
  4. Peel and mince garlic, then sprinkle garlic with salt, then mash it down with a wooden spoon to make a paste, add to tomato mixture.
  5. Stir in lime juice, olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
