Chinese Cashew Tuna
- 7 ounces tuna fish canned, in water, drained, flaked
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1/2 cup onions minced
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 each soup, cream of mushroom can, condensed
- 1 each mung bean sprouts 16 oz can, drained
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, tamari
- 1 cup cashew nuts coarsely chopped
- 10 ounces chow mein noodles canned
- Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles in crockpot; stir well.
- Cover and cook on Low setting for 4 to 9 hours.
- Serve over chow mein noodles.
