Herb & Garlic Penne with Summer Squash

  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan or saute pan over medium heat.
  3. 2.
  4. Add chili flakes, garlic and zucchini and cook for 5 minutes or until zucchini is tender, stirring often.
  5. 3.
  6. Add in the cooked pasta and toss together.
  7. Add Parmesan and fresh herbs and mix together.
  8. Turn off heat and stir until pasta is warmed through.
  9. 4.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Top with more fresh herbs and Parmesan.
