vegetable casarol

  1. peel the the potato and carrot
  2. cut all vegetables into small cubes
  3. put some sunflower oil into a mid sized pot
  4. put the onion cubes first alone until they become soft
  5. put the other vegetables
  6. before they are cooked completely put the chicken broth
  7. add the spices
  8. for the white sauce put 6 tablespoons of vege or sunflower oil and some butter
  9. put them in a pan
  10. put 6 tablespoons of flour on top the vege or sunflower oil and butter until they become golden
  11. put 1 liter of liquid milk and 1 chicken broth
  12. mix them with a whisker for 7 minutes
  13. put the vegetables in a glass cooking tray
  14. put the white sauce on top of it
  15. put some mozzarella cheese on top
  16. put it on oven for 180F (mid heat) until the cheese melts
  17. open the upper part of the oven until the cheese melts

potato, carrots, celery, onion, salt, chicken broth cube, white pepper, sunflower oil, milk, mozzarella cheese, flour, butter
