vegetable casarol
- 1 large potato
- 3 medium carrots
- 1 large celery
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 chicken broth cube
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 7 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 liter milk
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 6 tbsp flour
- 25 grams butter
- peel the the potato and carrot
- cut all vegetables into small cubes
- put some sunflower oil into a mid sized pot
- put the onion cubes first alone until they become soft
- put the other vegetables
- before they are cooked completely put the chicken broth
- add the spices
- for the white sauce put 6 tablespoons of vege or sunflower oil and some butter
- put them in a pan
- put 6 tablespoons of flour on top the vege or sunflower oil and butter until they become golden
- put 1 liter of liquid milk and 1 chicken broth
- mix them with a whisker for 7 minutes
- put the vegetables in a glass cooking tray
- put the white sauce on top of it
- put some mozzarella cheese on top
- put it on oven for 180F (mid heat) until the cheese melts
- open the upper part of the oven until the cheese melts
