Dark Chocolate Cake
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 34 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 58 cup cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk or 1 cup plain balkan style yogurt
- 1 cup cold strong black coffee
- 1 cup olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Combine dry ingredients (1st 6) then add all the rest (last 5).
- Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Batter is thin.
- Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan or 13x9x2 pan.
- Bake at 350F 35 40 minutes.
