Asparagus with Ham & Cheese

  1. Blanch asparagus lightly in the boiling water.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, place ham, asparagus and cook over low heat until ham is crispy and asparagus become soft.
  3. Sprinkle cheese and keep cooking with a lid until melted.
  4. Add soy sauce and cook for a few seconds.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
