Quick & Creamy Company Cake

• 1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
• 1 pkg. (16 oz.) prepared coffee cake

1. Mix cream cheese spread and sugar in medium bowl with whisk until blended.
2. Stir in COOL WHIP.
3. Cut cake horizontally in half; fill with cream cheese mixture.
