Swedish Meat Balls

  1. Soak bread crumbs and onion flakes in milk.
  2. Meanwhile, mix meat with salt, pepper, ginger, nutmeg and egg.
  3. Add the milk, onion and bread crumb mixture to the meat and stir lightly.
  4. Last, stir in the cream cheese.
  5. Form into little meat balls and place in a skillet with the melted butter.
  6. Shake pan back and forth while browning.
  7. This will keep the meat balls nice and round. After all the meat balls have become golden brown, pour the mushroom soup over them.
  8. Simmer until soup is melted and thoroughly distributed.
