Mississippi Mud Side Recipe

  1. Mix flour, butter and pecans.
  2. Pat into bottom of pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
  4. Cold completely.
  5. Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1 c. Cold Whip.
  6. Spread on top of crust.
  7. Mix dry puddings together; add in lowfat milk and vanilla.
  8. Beat till smooth.
  9. Spread pudding over cheese layer and rest of Cold Whip over all.
