Healthy Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 400
  2. In small bowl mix yogurt and oats.
  3. In large bowl mix egg, oil, and brown sugar.
  4. Stir in flour baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Next add yogurt, oat mixture (batter will be lumpy) gently stir in blueberries.
  6. Divide batter among 12 muffin cups.
  7. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
