Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas Repeat
- 1 packages Chicken stripes
- 1 cup Monterey cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup PARMESAN cheese
- 2 can No salt chicken broth
- 5 tbsp Butter
- 5 tbsp Flour
- 20 Tortilla
- 1 Jalapeno chopped
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Butter for chicken
- 1 pinch Salt n pepper
- Saute chicken(thin sliced)with 2 tble spoon of butter,salt,pepper,jalapeno untill done.add half cup of each cheese and mix well, melt butter,and add flour,broth untill thicken,roll your chicken filled tortillas and place them in a greased baking dish.add sour cream to flour mixture after cooling,pour over tortilla add rest of the cheese and bake for ten minutes till cheese melt,then broil for a golden brown color.
