Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas Repeat

  1. Saute chicken(thin sliced)with 2 tble spoon of butter,salt,pepper,jalapeno untill done.add half cup of each cheese and mix well, melt butter,and add flour,broth untill thicken,roll your chicken filled tortillas and place them in a greased baking dish.add sour cream to flour mixture after cooling,pour over tortilla add rest of the cheese and bake for ten minutes till cheese melt,then broil for a golden brown color.
