Barbecue Chicken or Pork
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (use pork tenderloin is desired)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 bell peppers, yellow, green, red for color
- 4 onions
- 12 ounces honey barbecue sauce
- Cut Chicken into 2 x 2 inch pieces.
- (bite size).
- Cook chicken in large skillet or chicken fryer until white in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Do not over cook only about 5-7 minutes.
- Cut Peppers and Onions the same.
- Not small chopped pieces but larger stir fry size pieces.
- Mix all together in skillet.
- cover with 2/3 to 1 bottle of Honey Barbecue sauce.
- Simmer until chicken, pepper and onions are tender.
- about 20-30 minutes.
- Slow cooking makes flavors blend.
