Barbecue Chicken or Pork

  1. Cut Chicken into 2 x 2 inch pieces.
  2. (bite size).
  3. Cook chicken in large skillet or chicken fryer until white in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  4. Do not over cook only about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Cut Peppers and Onions the same.
  6. Not small chopped pieces but larger stir fry size pieces.
  7. Mix all together in skillet.
  8. cover with 2/3 to 1 bottle of Honey Barbecue sauce.
  9. Simmer until chicken, pepper and onions are tender.
  10. about 20-30 minutes.
  11. Slow cooking makes flavors blend.
