HEALTHY LIVING Mexican Lasagna with Cottage Cheese

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat until done, stirring frequently.
  3. Add salsa, corn and seasonings; mix well.
  4. Layer 1/3 of the chicken mixture, and half each of the tortillas and cottage cheese in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Repeat layers.
  6. Cover with remaining chicken mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with cheddar.
  8. Bake 30 min.
  9. or until heated through.
