Venison Chops With Sour Cream Sauce Recipe

  1. Trim fat from chops.
  2. Preheat broiler.
  3. Brush chops with oil.
  4. Broil for 4 min.
  5. Turn.
  6. Brush with oil and broil 4 min more.
  7. Juice should be red when chops are fork tested.
  8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and transfer to heated platter and pour warm Lowfat sour cream Sauce over all.
