Doggie Carob Loaf Cake
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 34 cup milk
- 14 cup margarine, softened
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 ounces carob chips, melted
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour loaf pan,9x5x3.
- Beat all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake 65-70 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Frost with cream cheese or plain yogurt.
