Kanya's Crispy Bacon with Garlic and Pepper
- 500 grams pork belly, 1 inch sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fishsauce
- 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1/2 cup garlic /crushed
- 1/2 cup water
- Mix all ingredients with sliced pork belly,except garlic and pepper,bring to boil in low heat until water dissolve,lets bacon fry in there until crispy,drain out bacon fat ,remove to a bowl
- With little bacon oil,fry crushed garlic on low heat until lightly brown,add bacon,pepper,mix well,then serve hot over steamed jasmine rice,or only dipping with my spicy sauce :)
