Kanya's Crispy Bacon with Garlic and Pepper

  1. Mix all ingredients with sliced pork belly,except garlic and pepper,bring to boil in low heat until water dissolve,lets bacon fry in there until crispy,drain out bacon fat ,remove to a bowl
  2. With little bacon oil,fry crushed garlic on low heat until lightly brown,add bacon,pepper,mix well,then serve hot over steamed jasmine rice,or only dipping with my spicy sauce :)

salt, sesame oil, fishsauce, soya sauce, garlic, water
