Peach & Cherry Crumble
- Crumble Topping
- - PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1-3/4 qt. yellow cake mix
- 1 qt. old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
- 4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Filling
- 1 gal. cherry pie filling
- 1 gal. frozen sliced peaches
- Crumble Topping: Beat all ingredients with mixer on low speed until crumbly.
- Filling: Combine pie filling and peaches.
- Pour into 2 greased full-size hotel pans (or into 1 half-size hotel pan for trial recipe).
- Top filling in each pan with 6 cups Crumble Topping (or with 3 cups Crumble Topping for trial recipe).
- Bake in 300 degrees F-convection oven 25 min.
- or until lightly browed.
