Peach & Cherry Crumble

  1. Crumble Topping: Beat all ingredients with mixer on low speed until crumbly.
  2. Filling: Combine pie filling and peaches.
  3. Pour into 2 greased full-size hotel pans (or into 1 half-size hotel pan for trial recipe).
  4. Top filling in each pan with 6 cups Crumble Topping (or with 3 cups Crumble Topping for trial recipe).
  5. Bake in 300 degrees F-convection oven 25 min.
  6. or until lightly browed.
