Blue Cheese, Apple & Sausage Pizza
- 7 ounces refrigerated breadstick dough
- 2 cups loosely packed fresh spinach
- 2 medium rome apples
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Unroll dough, separating into strips.
- Working on flat surface, coil 1 strip dough into spiral.
- Add second strip to end of the first strip; pinching ends together to seal; continue coiling with remaining dough to make an 8" circle.
- Roll coiled dough into a 12" circle, place in 12" pizza pan coated with cooking spray.
- Arrange spinach, apple and cheese over dough.
- Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
