Baked Macaroni With Chipped Beef Recipe

  1. In saucepan, boil macaroni in water till cooked.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Toss with Chipped Beef Gravy.
  4. Ladle into baking pan and bake at 325'F.
  5. 10 min.
  6. CHIPPED BEEF GRAVY: In bowl, soak chipped beef in warm water till softened, then drain.
  7. Heat butter in saucepan, add in flour and stir till blended.
  8. Whisk in lowfat milk and stir over medium heat till thickened, about 2 min.
  9. Add in chipped beef and season to taste with salt and pepper.
