Ginger Baked Carrots
- 6 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place carrots in a greased 1-quart casserole.
- Combine lemon juice, salt, ginger and pepper.
- Pour over carrots.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake until carrots are tender, about 1 hour.
