Tiramisu Italian Cheesecake

  1. Beat Philly and sugar using an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add the egg yolks and cream and beat until well combined.
  3. Combine water, Marsala and coffee in a shallow dish; allow to cool slightly.
  4. Dip half the biscuits into the mixture then arrange in a single layer in a rectangle serving dish.
  5. Spread over half the Philly mixture then repeat with remaining biscuits and Philly mixture.
  6. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
  7. Cut into 8 slices and serve topped with flaked chocolate and berries.
