Asian-Style Pork Tenderloin

  1. Combine all ingredients except pork.
  2. Add pork and marinate, covered and refrigerated, 2 hours or longer.
  3. Preheat over to 400 degrees.
  4. Drain pork, reserving marinade.
  5. Place on a rack over a roasting pan.
  6. Roast 25 - 30 minutes, until a meat thermometer registers 160 degrees (the pork should be barely pink inside), turning pork occasionally and basting with reserve marinade.
  7. Slice 1/4" to serve.
