Greg's Reunion Dressing

• 12 cup olive oil
• 14 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 cup blue cheese
• 1 grated pear
• pepper

1. Mix oil and vinegar.
2. Gently stir in blue cheese and pear.
3. Pepper as desired.
