Asian Turkey Baguettes

  1. Place the mayonnaise, pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce in a bowl and use a fork to combine well.
  2. Toss turkey or chicken with the chopped coriander and two-thirds of the mayonnaise.
  3. Chop in half then split baguette lengthways then , then spread bottom halves with remaining mayonnaise mixture and top with salald leaves.
  4. Add turkey mixture and onion, then top with sprouts.
  5. Replace bread top and halve if necessary.
