Peach Pie Supreme
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 1/2 oz. vanilla pudding
- 3 Tbsp. soft margarine
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. 10x confectioners sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. peach juice
- Combine flour, baking powder, vanilla pudding, margarine, eggs and milk. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
- Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Arrange drained peaches over batter in pie pan. Combine cream cheese, 10x confectioners sugar and peach juice. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
- Spoon over peaches. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm.
