Beefy Bulgur Meatloaf
- 1 cup cooked bulgur
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 medium (1/2 cup) onion, finely chopped
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine bulgur, 1/4 cup chili sauce, green pepper, onion, ground beef, egg, salt and pepper in bowl.
- Pat meat mixture into ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan.
- Bake 45-50 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Top with remaining chili sauce.
- Continue baking 7-10 minutes or until sauce is heated through.
- Remove from oven.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
