Banana condensed milk cake
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 cup flour (sifted)
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp condensed milk
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 juice of orange(bought and squeezed myself)
- Preheat oven to 170Ac
- Grease baking pan
- In a bowl, beat butter and sugar to form a creamy mixture
- Add eggs one at a time, and beat at low, and when all is mixed together, beat on high for 1minute
- Fold in flour, baking powder and soda
- Pour in orange juice, condensed milk, and mashed banana
- Gently fold them in, don't over mix, but be sure to get a nice batter.
- Pour mixture into greased pan and drizzle some more condensed milk on top if desired.
- Bake for 35minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool and enjoy
