Fried Noodles

  1. Fry green onions and garlic in one tablespoon olive oil for two minutes on medium-low heat.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Lightly brown pork in one tablespoon olive oil.
  4. Lightly brown chicken in one tablespoon olive oil.
  5. Add shrimp to garlic and onion.
  6. Add soy sauce.
  7. Add carrots, pork and chicken.
  8. Cook noodles in microwave.
  9. Add 1/2 cup water for each package noodles with seasonings.
  10. Place noodles, seasonings and water in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes; stir.
  11. Cook another minute.
  12. Drain noodles.
  13. Add to mixture and stir.
  14. Serve.
