Fried Noodles
- 1 batch green onions, cut all of it up
- 3 garlic buds, blended or smashed
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 carrots
- 1 lb. pork, cut in small pieces
- 1 lb. chicken, cut in small pieces
- 1 lb. shrimp (small ones)
- 3 pkg. Oriental noodle soup mix (Top Ramen)
- 1/4 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
- Fry green onions and garlic in one tablespoon olive oil for two minutes on medium-low heat.
- Set aside.
- Lightly brown pork in one tablespoon olive oil.
- Lightly brown chicken in one tablespoon olive oil.
- Add shrimp to garlic and onion.
- Add soy sauce.
- Add carrots, pork and chicken.
- Cook noodles in microwave.
- Add 1/2 cup water for each package noodles with seasonings.
- Place noodles, seasonings and water in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes; stir.
- Cook another minute.
- Drain noodles.
- Add to mixture and stir.
- Serve.
