Rice-Pea Salad

  1. Add rice to a large saucepan with vigorously boiling salted water.
  2. Boil about 15 minutes.
  3. Slice radishes.
  4. Chop scallions.
  5. Drain rice.
  6. Add vinegar, salt and pepper, toss.
  7. Add vegetables.
  8. Let cool to room temperature.
