Tuna Steaks W/Avocado Salsa

  1. Cook onion & garlic in skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray over medium-high 4 minutes or until onion if softened.
  2. Stir in vinegar, sugar and red pepper.
  3. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in oranges, tomato, avocado and lime juice.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Cook tuna steaks on grill (inside or out) 4 minutes on each side.
  8. Halve each steak and serve immediately with salsa.
