Chicken and Rice
- 2 cups Long Grain White Rice
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 can (1o.5 Oz. Can) Beef Consomme
- 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1- 1/2 cup Water
- 8 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Salt And Pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix together rice, soups and water and pour into prepared pan.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour.
- Remove rice from oven and carefully remove foil.
- Lay chicken pieces on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Replace foil cover and continue baking for 30-35 minutes until chicken is done.
