Chicken and Rice

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Mix together rice, soups and water and pour into prepared pan.
  4. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour.
  5. Remove rice from oven and carefully remove foil.
  6. Lay chicken pieces on top and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Replace foil cover and continue baking for 30-35 minutes until chicken is done.
