Italianate Sunday-Salad Dressing

  1. Combine the lemon juice, vinegar and garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Add the basil and stir to combine.
  3. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing emulsifies.
  4. Add the cheese and whisk again.
  5. Season to taste.
  6. Whisk again before dressing salad.
