Thai Japanese Dressing

• 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
• 1 tablespoon light sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1. In a small bowl, combine ingredients until well blended.
