Rice With Mushrooms
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef bouillon
- 34 cup water
- 2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms, sliced with liquid
- 14 cup margarine
- Mix all ingredients and bake 1 hour COVERED in 350 degree oven in a greased casserole.
- If it seems too dry, add a little more water or beef boullion.
- This can be baked on the low setting in crockpot for 4 hours.
- Good served with baked chicken.
