Hot Pork Sandwiches with Swiss and Quick Fix Russian Dressing

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Lay open rolls out on a cookie sheet.
  3. Place pork on bottom halves.
  4. Top both sandwich halves with Swiss cheese.
  5. Place in the broiler until cheese is melted.
  6. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine ketchup, sour cream and pickles.
  7. Mix well to combine.
  8. Top sandwiches with dressing just before serving.
